Contributing to Women Empowerment At Kurdi & Co, we recognize the importance of women’s economic empowerment and inclusive growth, which are key goals of various multilateral institutions such as the UNO, ADB, and OECD.

Building Strong Partnerships for a Diverse Society

We understand that globally, only 55 percent of women are employed compared to 78 percent of men, and that women are paid around 50 percent less than men. In order to address this disparity, our firm maintains a 1:1 ratio between female and male employees, providing equal opportunities to the women of Gaza Strip and West Bank, where 37 percent of women are unemployed. Our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion enables us to approach our clients’ most pressing issues from various perspectives. Additionally, we provide pro bono services to numerous NGOs that work towards women’s empowerment. At Kurdi & Co, we are proud of our extensive portfolio of partnerships with a diverse range of community organizations, nonprofits, and diversity-focused initiatives.
