Amer Kurdi

Amer Kurdi is a Partner at Kurdi & Co., ranked as an "Up and Coming" lawyer for General Business Law in Chambers Global 2026. He advises corporations, financial institutions, developers and international organisations on their most consequential matters in Palestine — from structuring and negotiating high-value commercial and construction contracts to acting for major real estate and retail developments in the West Bank.

Amer has led legislative reform engagements at the national level, including drafting proposed amendments to Palestine's commercial agency framework and advising on the regulations implementing new economic legislation, working alongside government ministries and internationally funded development programmes. He regularly acts for NGOs, INGOs, IGOs and corporations navigating Palestine's legal and regulatory framework.

An early adopter of legal technology, Amer has led the firm's work in building and deploying legal tech to modernise how legal services are delivered in Palestine. He holds his law degree from Swansea University in the UK and is a member of the Palestine Bar Association.
